Tennis ball-sized globe beetroot, and his ping pong cousins.A reasonable crop of carrots, beetroots, potatoes and, most excitingly, our first delicious ‘progress’ peas. We ate some of each of the above for dinner this evening. The beetroot was particularly earthy and delicious roasted with garlic.
